The Experience: Le Plateau du Fromager
A selection of three hand-cut cheeses sourced from top European affineurs. Chosen to perfectly accompany the Rosé of Cinsault, Sauvignon Blanc, and Grenache. Served with Marcona almonds, confiture, dried fruits, and crackers.
The tasting experience is $45 or $36 for club members and includes wine tastings (three Spring wines) and cheese tasting. Gratuities separate.
About our Cheese & Wine Partner
Kristine Miller is the founder and head sommelier of Bon Somm, a globally curated wine and cheese boutique in downtown Ellensburg.
She launched her career in luxury hospitality at Disney's Victoria and Albert's, curated the inventory for a boutique wine shop in Virginia, and later joined the elite sommelier team at The Inn at Little Washington before launching a consulting career building an award-winning wine program and founding a wine society in the Carolinas.
She is a Certified Specialist of Wine and holds certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, with higher education teaching experience in hospitality and wine spanning over fifty courses, three institutions, and twenty years.
Seven years living abroad deepened her passion for European wine and cheese culture, and when she returned to Washington state, she brought that experience and passion with her. Bon Somm is the result: a sommelier-led shop built around the European enoteca tradition, featuring over 800 unique, globally curated wines and cheeses sourced from a small importer - made by the finest affineurs in their regions, cut to order, and served in accordance with European tradition.
